Brenda
Patterson, CSAM, entered the executive search industry after 8
years of Sales experience with a major steel mill. Brenda began
her recruiting career in 1983 with a search firm in Indianapolis
conducting searches in the metal manufacturing industry. Her 1st
year, as a result of hard work and persistence, Brenda became
not only Account Executive of the year to break all records, but
also earned Pacesetter status. She went on to earn Pacesetter
status and Account Executive of the year for the next 5 consecutive
years. Brenda was then promoted to Manager where she led a team
of successful recruiters. In 1999 Brenda left the company and
formed what is now Global Recruiters of Indianapolis. Brenda changed
her specialization to the medical industry as a tribute to her
daughter, Katelin, who was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, a disease
that has no cure. She has since been recruiting in the pharmaceutical,
biotech, and contract service organizations across the United
States. A recent client told Brenda that "evangelists make
great recruiters" a truth you'll quickly agree with once
you observe her passion and commitment to better the lives of
patients throughout the world by providing the most important
ingredient to the success of any organization - human capital.

Through
years of hard work and dedication, Brenda earned membership into
the prestigious "Pinnacle Society" which recognizes
the elite consultants in the nation with membership limited to
75 individuals. Pinnacle members attend two conferences per year
