I founded MR Winona in August 1995. I've worked in the telecommunicatios industry since 1980. During 15 years of employment with telecommunications firms, I've had the experience of a lifetime as a top ranked sales executive, sales manager, director, and vice president of sales. I not only earned many awards for top productivity, I helped the telecom industry expand during its major boom years.

During that time I personally opened, staffed, and managed 82 sales and service facilities in over 50 cities throughout the United States. I had the responsibility of hiring, training, and leading thousands of people. What a wild ride that was! It was during that time that I discovered a passion for bringing companies and people to the next level of growth, to help them stretch to become better than they were.

Today, I'm very grateful to have found myself in a career that I don't view as work. For a living I get to speak with professionals about their accomplishments and aspirations. And I'm still helping companies grow and helping people improve upon successful careers. I've been recognized as Midwest Rookie Billing Manager of the Year, Midwest Top Billing Manager of the Year, Top Ten Billing Manager of the Year Worldwide and have ranked as the Top Telecom Recruiter in the United State twice in 8 years, and I've always been in the top 5.
