Kathy offers clients two decades of experience in executive recruiting. Pursuing her desire to be able to add more value to her clients through a singular focus in her work, Kathy opened her own firm in 1992 to serve the financial services industry exclusively.

Kathy holds a BS in Marketing from California State University, Chico. She lives in San Luis Obispo, California with her husband and two children.
