Tina Bishop
Co
Owner
Tina Bishop, CPC, CERS, FMP / Co-Owner / Recruiter since 1995.
Tina has been successfully recruiting for the Restaurant and Retail
industry both locally and nationally for eleven years. Tina has
most recently been one of the first 8 people in the United States
to be awarded the designation of Certified Employee Retention
Specialist. Her clients have included successful Fortune 500 companies
as well as Franchisee and owner operators, as well as the franchisee
community. Prior to joining Bishop Placement Service she was employed
for 20 years with a fortune 500 Restaurant company, serving in
multi-unit level operations, Director of Training and as the Director
of Human Resources. In November of 1997 she became a CPC (Certified
Personnel Consultant) through the National Association of Personnel
Consultants. Tina is also certified as a Foodservice Management
Professional by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant
Association. She has provided specialize training classes for
the restaurant industry and is a certified proctor for the FMP
program for the National Restaurant Association. Tina looks forward
to assisting you with your retention efforts or your talent search
needs.
