How We Got Started & Who We Are Today

DynaStaff opened it's doors a decade ago in June of 1995. Since those humble beginnings we have grown from a core group of 13 to a current team of nearly 50. But our experience in staffing goes back much further than that. Our team has over 200 years of combined recruitment experience, and our three owners add another 75 years of cumulative recruiting management.

We started DynaStaff committed to building our reputation and our business by applying key elements of customer satisfaction: integrity, reliability and service. It has always been our objective to meet the requirements of our customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Have been recruiting for over 22 years in the contingency marketplace. As a working manager and owner I stay on top of the market and its changes while hiring and training other recruiters to do the same. Consistently bill 400K + each year.
Married with 3 daughters; a 22 year old, 10 year old and 1 year old. I have a degree in psychology and a wife that is a wonderful teacher of grades 1-5 gifted children.

I currently specializing in the Information Technology marketplace for the Chicago area. While other members of my company work in the Information Technology, Accounting and Production Supervision areas.

Areas of speciality within IT include network, web and email administration, help desk support, client server and mainframe development, web and all areas of IT management.

Have taught and facilitated training in the recruiting field and for Zig Ziglar, Anthony Robbins and Dale Carnegie Sales Training classes.

Entered the recruiting field in 1982, passed CPC Exam in 5/91, member of IAPS and NAPS and member of Pinnacle since 1996.
