Tim
Flanagan
Senior
Partner
After
five years of professional sales experience, Tim joined Hobson
Associates in 1990. After receiving his Rookie of the Year award,
Tim has been Hobson's top producer for five out of the last ten
years.
He was also one of the driving forces behind Hobson's ground breaking
move from contingency to retained search in mid to senior level
positions in the early 1990's. Tim was named Senior Partner in
the firm in 1999 and is an equity shareholder.

Tim
places key executives with high tech manufacturers across the
country. As a high level 'generalist' he has a history of recruiting
the best talent for all positions in senior management. He holds
a BS in Commercial Law and earned his CPC designation, the only
professional certification in our industry.
Tim has mentored junior recruiters since 1994 and now trains search
professionals both in house and for the Cahill Consulting Group.
He has also been a featured speaker at several regional and state
association meetings. In April of 2001, Tim was elected into the
Pinnacle Society, a group of the top 75 Recruiters in the US,
focused on promoting ethics and excellence in the Recruiting Industry.
